Technical Support Representative - Electronics/Communication Industry
QUICK FACTS

Location: Remote | Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, TX, or CA
Pay range: $19.00 - $21.00/hr (Depending on location)
Shifts: Must have open availability. Contact center hours are Mon-Fri 5:00 AM-7:00 PM PT; Sat-Sun 7:00 AM-3:30 PM PT (hours assigned by business need; evenings/weekends/holidays as required)
Duration: 4 month temp, possibility to convert to permanent hire

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED0

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (technical support/call center preferred)
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and calm, professional communication skills
Basic to intermediate computer skills (OS navigation, browsers, email, hardware basics)
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Quiet workspace and reliable internet with wired connectivity required

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email
Follow call flows and escalation procedures while guiding troubleshooting and maintenance steps
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Support installation and operational guidance; dispatch installers for issues beyond phone troubleshooting
Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and attendance; escalate complex issues as needed
