Assortiment & Market Data SpecialistAls Assortiment & Market Data Specialist ontwikkel je een duidelijke visie en aanpak voor het assortiment van Coolblue. Je werkt in Category Management met Commercial Product Managers en Buyers aan kaders, processen en tools. Met data en KPI’s zorg je dat het assortiment steeds beter wordt.Wat doe je als Assortiment & Market Data Specialist bij Coolblue?Je maakt een visie en aanpak voor assortiment die werkt voor heel Coolblue en toe te passen is op alle producttypes of -clusters. In Category Management werk je samen met Commercial Product Managers en Buyers aan heldere kaders, verbeterde processen en slimme tools. Je onderhoudt de logica achter het assortiment, bepaalt KPI’s en geeft input aan Development, Data Science en Business Analyse. Zo zorg je dat het assortiment elke dag een beetje beter wordt. **Dit vind je leuk om te doen:*** Strategische doelen opbreken in mijlpalen, projecten en processen.* Procesverbeteringen starten met Development, Data Science en Business Analyse.* Kaders en KPI’s neerzetten en resultaten volgen met de betrokken teams.* Nieuwe inzichten zoeken in data en dashboards.* Mede-Coolblue'ers up-to-date houden met opleidingsmodules over assortiment.Hier herken jij jezelf in* Een afgeronde wo-opleiding.* Minstens 1 jaar relevante werkervaring, het liefst in een categorie team of als assortiment specialist.* Georganiseerd en goed in projectmanagement.* Beslissingen maken op basis van data.* Eigenaarschap tonen en zelf verbeteringen starten.* Sociaal vaardig.Dit zoek jij verder in een baan* Met meer dan 30 trainingen in onze eigen Studiefabriek kun je elke dag een beetje beter worden.* Korting op alle spullen die we verkopen.* Ongekend goede werksfeer.
