Je bedenkt nieuwe advertentiemogelijkheden en helpt mede-Coolblue’ers om die in te zetten in campagnes. Met data zie je kansen, stuur je bij en deel je resultaten op een heldere manier.Wat doe je als Retail Marketing Specialist bij Coolblue?Je werkt elke dag aan het verbeteren van ons retail media aanbod voor grote merken. Je bedenkt en test nieuwe advertentiemogelijkheden en maakt duidelijke plannen met marketeers, productspecialisten en commerciële teams. Zo zorg je dat plannen ingezet worden, schaalbaar zijn en maximale waarde opleveren. Je gebruikt data om kansen te spotten en resultaten inzichtelijk te maken. Zo zorg je dat het retail media -aanbod van Coolblue relevanter wordt en commercieel groeit.* Projecten opzetten met mede-Coolblue’ers om het retail media -aanbod te verbeteren. * Commerciële kansen gebruiken om advertenties te maken die passen bij merken en klanten. * Deze advertenties nóg slimmer maken. * Data analyseren en gebruiken om prestaties en commerciële kansen te verbeteren. * Nieuwe advertentiemogelijkheden bedenken en uitwerken. * Experimenten opzetten om opbrengst, relevantie en klantbeleving te verbeteren.Hier herken jij jezelf in* Een afgeronde wo-opleiding. * Minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld in marketing, retail media, e-commerce of media. * Goed met cijfers en sterk in concrete inzichten halen uit data.* Nieuwsgierig naar retail media en nieuwe advertenties. * Projectmatig werken, overzicht houden en mede-Coolblue’ers overtuigen en motiveren. * Commercieel inzicht en begrip van hoe retail media waarde geeft aan merken en Coolblue.Dit zoek jij verder in een baan* Geld.* Met meer dan 30 trainingen in onze eigen Studiefabriek kun je elke dag een beetje beter worden.* Korting op alle spullen die we verkopen.* Ongekend goede werksfeer.
