At King Heating Cooling and Plumbing , we’re known for our outstanding customer service. We’re proud to be one of the most trusted and best reviewed heating companies in Chicago. Due to rapid growth, we are looking to add a top of the line Customer Service Representative to our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
