Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR)

We are currently offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for this position.

Sigma Health Rehab  is actively seeking a  Full-time  Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

  ADOR Responsibilities:

• Assist the director with administration, clinical planning, development & operations of all therapy programs.

• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident.

• Provide motivation, mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in specific PT, OT SLP therapy models.

• Assist therapists as assigned by the director

Requirements Include:

• The candidate must be a NYS licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP)

• Prior therapy experience in Long-Term Care / sub-acute settings

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required

• Positive, team-player attitude

• Understanding Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regulatory of the therapy services at the state and federal level
