Summary The Client Experience Host delivers a world-class client experience in the showroom by greeting and assisting clients, maintaining hospitality stations, and supporting Sales Consultants and VIP services. They use CRM and client research to personalize experiences, ensure showroom standards are maintained, and safeguard client confidentiality. The role requires a professional, service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Responsibilities Act as a role model for company culture and promote a positive showroom atmosphere Welcome clients in a timely manner and serve as the first point of contact Use CRM and client research to facilitate personalized and engaging client experiences Support Sales Consultants and VIP room operations and all aspects of in-showroom hospitality Maintain hospitality stations, showroom housekeeping, and ensure areas are well stocked Recommend improvements to systems and procedures to increase floor efficiency Complete required training and perform duties as assigned by management Ensure data security and maintain confidentiality at all times Requirements Experience in hospitality strongly preferred; jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills IT literate with basic selling skills and the ability to multitask Excellent organizational skills and a professional approach Flexible, adaptable to change, and able to build strong client relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
