What You'll Do

• Lead patient care using the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards
• Assess patient needs and develop tailored teaching strategies for diverse populations
• Delegate and coordinate with licensed and ancillary team members
• Ensure quality patient outcomes through effective management and communication
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, standards, and accreditation requirements
• Promote a positive and professional environment for patients and staff
• Stay informed of current healthcare regulations and organizational policies

What You Need

• Required:
  
  
  • Valid Louisiana RN license
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • Diploma in Nursing (Associate or Bachelor's preferred)
  • Proficiency with computer and web-based applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
