We offer internship roles in preconstruction as well as project management.Representative Tasks and ResponsibilitiesSolicit subcontractor bidsPerform quantity takeoffsAdminister subcontractsProduce and manage the submittals processTrack change ordersManage procurement logWork on close out packagesAssist with schedule managementLearn about and support the building permit processProduce meeting minutesReview RFI'sAssist with maintaining project document files and logsAssist with maintaining a current set of drawingsPerform other projects and duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
