Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Waukee, IA, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Insurance Agent will focus on engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions across auto, home, life, and other insurance products. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, managing customer relationships, assessing risks, and providing exceptional service to policyholders. Agents will also play an active role in promoting and selling Shelter Insurance products to prospective and existing clients in their community. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance policies, and Insurance Brokerage Experience or knowledge in Finance and related financial services Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and respond to client needs Ability to assess client requirements and provide customized insurance solutions Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Shelter Insurance Companies
