As a Construction Project Executive , you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple projects and project teams. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while supporting business development and client satisfaction initiatives. You will act as a key liaison between executive leadership, project teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring project success at every stage. Key Responsibilities Project & Operational Leadership Provide executive oversight for all project management, construction operations, and project administration activities Drive project performance, profitability, safety, and client satisfaction across assigned projects Establish and maintain project delivery strategies that align with organizational goals Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate progress, schedule adherence, quality, safety, and financial performance Support project teams in resolving complex issues and mitigating risks Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project staff Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation across active projects Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Support professional development and succession planning initiatives Client & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors Serve as a senior point of contact throughout project lifecycles Lead contract negotiations, change order discussions, and conflict resolution efforts Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives Represent the company at executive, client, and stakeholder meetings Financial & Strategic Management Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets Review project financials and implement corrective actions when needed Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations Support the development and implementation of operational best practices What Success Looks Like We're looking for a leader who combines business acumen with technical expertise and inspires confidence in both clients and project teams. You should bring: Exceptional leadership and people management skills A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Strong financial awareness and commercial understanding The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred 10+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or electrical construction projects Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and mentoring project management professionals Experience with client-facing responsibilities, contract negotiations, and business development efforts Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered Combination of office, client, and active construction site environments Exposure to varying site conditions and construction activities Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds Ability to walk job sites and participate in field reviews as needed Competitive Compensation Package Salary Range: $240,000 – $300,000+ annually Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, project portfolio, and overall expertise.
