Senior CoreValve Therapy Development Specialist - (Bakersfield, CA / San Luis Obispo, CA / Fresno, CA / Visalia, CA)

Medtronic seeks a Senior CoreValve Therapy Development Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for TAVR procedures across California. The role involves working with implanting teams to ensure safe adoption of catheter-based therapies, educate healthcare providers, and drive procedural success in a field-based position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and technical leadership for TAVR procedures including case planning, CT reconstruction analysis, and procedural support
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and Medtronic partners on TAVR technology, clinical evidence, and best practices
• Develop and maintain knowledge of TAVR technology, clinical data, competitive products, and industry trends
• Execute territory business plans, identify growth opportunities, and communicate market intelligence with internal stakeholders
• Manage compliance activities including inventory support, product complaint reporting, and team mentoring

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years relevant medical device or healthcare experience
• Or associate's degree with 6+ years relevant experience
• Or bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and active insurance with company-approved driving record
• Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory and work outside normal business hours
• Proficiency with CT reconstruction software and operation in clinical environments
• Bachelor's degree in business or science preferred
