Your responsibilities will include: Managing accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and monthly financial statements. Recording day‑to‑day financial transactions and completing the posting process. Preparing and processing payroll. Assisting with year‑end financials, budgets, and tax preparation. Handling administrative functions such as purchasing client orders and conducting inventory audits. Required Qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience. Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online (or equivalent accounting software).
