Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Rochelle Park, NJ
Shift: All Shifts
Salary Range: $45 – $47 per hour

Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated care team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional resident care while growing as a leader, we’d love to meet you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant DON to manage daily nursing operations

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care

• Address staff concerns and escalate appropriately

• Oversee staffing and scheduling to optimize coverage and minimize agency reliance

• Lead staff evaluations, provide coaching, and handle performance management

• Foster a positive, team-oriented, and collaborative work culture

• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, budget planning, and internal committees

• Ensure accurate MDS documentation and coordinate discharge planning with families

• Provide individualized, compassionate care to residents and their loved ones

 

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey

• Minimum 2 years of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities
