Sr. UX/UI Designer
Insight Global is seeking a remote Sr. UX/UI Designer to join an incredible team leading a major public health technology initiative. This individual will be responsible for working closely with the UX/CX team to produce human-centered user interface design for a suite of highly visible products/applications. Working closely alongside a team of researchers and user experience designers, the UI Designer will take customer requirements and translate them into functional UI design patterns and wireframes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI design with an emphasis on accessibility and human-centered design. Additional responsibilities include:
- Work closely with both internal and customer stakeholders to keep UX/CX strategy aligned.
- Translate user stories/requirements and feedback into user interface design.
- Leverage design tools such as Figma to create visual design elements.
- Participate in agile development cycle to iterate visual design roadmap.
- Manage and maintain design backlog based on project priorities.
- Align closely with UX research team to enable close collaboration around.
- Travel occasionally to meet in-person with customer and internal teams.
