Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software. Ability to interpret complex medical, financial, and legal information. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong decision-making abilities and ethical judgment. Experience Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in life insurance underwriting or related insurance roles. Experience in remote work or virtual teams is a plus. Familiarity with life insurance products, risk assessment tools, and industry regulations. Working Hours Full-time position (flexible remote hours). Standard business hours with occasional deadlines or meetings as required.
