Job Title: Customer Service I
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Lake Mary, FL (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 09/17/2027
Working hours:  8:00 AM -  4:30 PM EST
Total hours: 40

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update patient records and verify account and product information.
• Communicate prescription revision requests to clinic support teams.
• Receive and process new referrals for out-of-warranty equipment.
• Facilitate equipment replacements and coordinate customer returns in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Schedule annual preventative maintenance appointments for patients.
• Ensure all activities adhere to established guidelines for handling medical device equipment.
• Coordinate customer returns and replacements, ensuring compliance with current standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; 2–3 years of call center experience preferred.
• Preferred Education: Associate degree or equivalent work history.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with high attention to detail
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems and websites.
• Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet and maintain departmental KPIs.
• Language: Spanish-speaking candidates preferred but not required.
