What You’ll Do: Develop and Maintain Relationships – Engage with insurance professionals and customers to grow your client base. Drive Sales & Earnings – Your income is based on performance, so the more you put in, the more you make! Work In & Out of the Office – Balance in-office planning with on-the-ground customer interactions. Manage Multiple Projects – Stay organized while working with clients at different stages of the insurance repair process. The compensation package includes a base salary plus performance bonuses, a car allowance, and benefits .
