Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Clinical experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• New and recent graduates eligible (CFY supervision available)
• Willingness to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Deliver both onsite and virtual therapy sessions as needed
• Support students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
