Delta Physician Placement is seeking physicians for an outpatient, primary care role at a community FQHC located within a 65-mile radius of Portland, OR. The position offers a base salary of $200,000 plus production bonus and relocation assistance up to $15,000, with a retirement match and CME allowance. No weekends or on-call requirements, Monday–Friday schedule.
