Agile Program Leader - Managed Services

Softchoice is seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic and operational improvement initiatives within Managed Services. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive ITIL-aligned processes across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate with ITSM Administrators, Developers, Platform Engineers, and vendors to deliver IT transformation, AI automation, and cloud-migration efforts using an Agile-first approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr Softchoice
