What You'll Bring
- Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment-both physically and mentally-for yourself, your colleagues, and customers.
- At least 3 years of combined education and field experience performing mechanical work on vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a DOT Inspector Certification.
- Detailed familiarity with gas/diesel engines, 12/24-volt electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Advanced mechanical and intermediate welding skills, along with the ability to supply your own basic tools to perform daily duties .
- Prior experience performing heavy equipment mechanics specifically within the underground utility field.
- Deep familiarity with the specialized equipment and machinery associated with underground utility construction.
