We are looking for candidates within commutable distance. Human Resources Business Partner We are a rapidly growing organization with over $3B in revenue. The Human Resources Business Partner position is a broad generalist role with exposure to and responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources. What You Will Do Act as a business leader in all instances, using HR tools to help the business achieve and over‑achieve its goals. Provide broad‑based human resources leadership tailored to the needs of the business, adding value for the full employee lifecycle, including coaching leaders and employees at all levels. Work across the organization to ensure optimal organizational structure for the current and future organization. Anticipate and diagnose organizational needs and translate those into talent actions. Drive employee engagement, effectively handling employee relations issues, identifying root causes, and proactively remediating where possible. Handle operational activities—on‑boarding, off‑boarding, and related activities—for the client group. Partner with stakeholders to lead the planning, development, communication, and implementation of the entire talent management process, including performance management, calibration, compensation planning, IDP development, and succession planning. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure roles are correctly defined for recruiting (including job description creation) and play a crucial role in driving leadership to provide an effective employee on‑boarding experience. What You Will Bring College degree or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of broad HR generalist experience. Experience with employee engagement, employee on‑boarding, and management coaching. Proven ability to effectively communicate, coach and influence at all levels of the organization, including the executive level. Proven strong change management skills—both individually and across an organization. Experience with organizational design. Proven ability to drive difficult conversations to effective resolution. Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Visio a plus. Franchising experience a plus. Project management experience a plus. Compensation Details Pay ranges at SMB reflect skills, experience, and business needs. The salary range for this role starts at $100,000 plus bonus. Location‑based adjustments are excluded and most new hires start below the top of the range.
