Technical Sales Specialist - Spectral Flow Cytometry

Waters seeks a Technical Sales Specialist to drive spectral flow cytometry adoption in clinical diagnostics. This role bridges customer needs with internal teams, supporting instrument evaluations, reagent adoption, and workflow optimization across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Expand Waters' spectral flow cytometry market presence within clinical diagnostics
- Drive customer engagement, instrument evaluations, and reagent adoption initiatives
- Optimize customer workflows and serve as scientific liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
- Translate customer requirements into commercial and product development strategies
- Collaborate with sales, applications, marketing, and product management teams
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent education and experience
- Scientific and technical expertise in flow cytometry or related analytical instrumentation
- Strong customer engagement and technical communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across sales, applications, marketing, and product teams
- Willingness to work primarily on-site with field-based presence across multiple US locations
Compensation: $95,600–$153,000 USD annual
