Your Role

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches, managing every aspect from intake through to successful placement.
• Act as a Consultant, gaining insight into client needs, cultural dynamics, and operational pain points.

• Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to stay organized, track interactions, and manage candidates efficiently.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver enduring value for clients and generous commissions for you.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2–3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.

• Proficient in client relationship management and closing deals.
• Comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems; training will be provided!
• Drive with an entrepreneurial spirit as you build and expand your career.
