To learn more, visit Duties and Responsibilities Gathers and analyzes financial information on expenses and revenues. Designs and enhances data visualizations for reporting Develops simple analysis of economic indicators in order to prepare forecasts and analyses supporting the needs of financial planning. Develops financial prompts or queries used for analysis of accounting and business wide issues. Assists with the design and production of monthly reports. Supports business unit employees through analysis of financial data. Ensures company compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and assist with interpretation and implementation of new accounting standards. Ensures compliance with accounting policies and procedures and recommend accounting process improvements. Special projects as assigned. Required Skills Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data. Ability to work both in a team situation and autonomously. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools preferred Highly Effective Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activity streams. Ability to work effectively with, and communicate with all levels of management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred 1+ years’ experience of financial analysis or relevant academic experience Working Conditions Hybrid (1-2 days/week in Office) The above is intended to describe the general contents and requirements of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. Compensation: Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave. Range: $55,000 - $65,000 PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
