What you will do:

The Setup Specialist serves as a material breakdown on inbound shipments for single parts packaging to prepare for production by verifying part numbers and quantities, sorting the shipment, determining/retrieving packaging materials, investigate discrepancies, and ensure parts are ready to be packaged in production.

Some key responsibilities for Setup Specialists:

• Perform inspections by verifying part number and quantity
• Using customer prints/specification if necessary
• Determining packaging material
• Provide secure and proper packaging for materials
• Update packaging specifications
• Retrieve packaging material
• Investigating discrepancies in a timely manner
• Print product and pallet labels
• Build a first piece sample
