What You’ll Do Act as the face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions. Connect, educate and earn business through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs. Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills in small talk and closing conversations. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and sometimes lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875–$1,200 per week.
