Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of engineers while delivering high-quality software solutions. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic planning to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation Plan, prioritize, and oversee engineering projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmap Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development of team members Manage resource allocation, hiring, and onboarding of new engineers Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance Promote agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in software development with strong technical background Prior experience in a leadership or management role Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and cloud technologies Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Experience managing distributed or remote teams Knowledge of modern frameworks and microservices architecture Key Skills Leadership and team management Strategic thinking and execution Technical expertise Stakeholder management Conflict resolution Time and project management #J-18808-Ljbffr Lever Middleware Test Company
