Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Must haves/Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an experience Estates and Trusts Paralegal to join the Century City office of an AM 200 law firm. This role researches estate and probate law, drafts legal documents, handles trust and estate administration, provides client consultations and manages administrative tasks on behalf of the supervising attorney. The Estates and Trusts Paralegal will also draft and file accountings as well as death and fiduciary tax returns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate probate court filings and recordings, including research and familiarity with local rules and probate court Prepare probate administration paperwork, including administration accounts, court petitions, orders, deeds, certifications, etc. Communicate with clients and professional advisors relating to routine acts of estate administration Prepare Gift Tax, Estate Tax, and Fiduciary income tax returns.
