Are you someone who thrives behind the scenes—keeping systems organized, data clean, and processes running smoothly? Robert Half is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support a high-impact training function through systems maintenance, Excel-based program support, and cross-team coordination .

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the backend of learning systems , translating training documents from departments into organized, trackable formats (primarily in Excel and internal systems)
  • Support learning platforms and tools to ensure programs run efficiently and users have a seamless experience
  • Format, organize, and maintain data —creating clean spreadsheets, simple charts, and visual reporting to support training insights
  • Partner cross-functionally to gather training content and ensure it’s accurately reflected in learning systems
  • Coordinate training logistics and assignments , keeping programs structured, compliant, and easy to navigate
  • Provide day-to-day support to leaders and employees navigating training systems and resources
  • Monitor training data and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure training records meet compliance standards

What You bring:

  • Experience in learning & development, training coordination, or program support
  • Strong Excel skills (comfortable formatting data, organizing spreadsheets, and creating basic charts/graphs—no advanced functions required)
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to take information and build structured systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Flexibility and adaptability—you can shift gears quickly and manage changing priorities
