A growing steel fabrication firm in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a dedicated shop foreman to supervise a team of 5-6 individuals. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include overseeing the fabrication of structural and ornamental steel, managing quality control, and conducting shop meetings.
