Lamb, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience to support construction‑phase activities for new construction and renovation projects across our control center, data center, manufacturing, and mission‑critical facility projects. This role involves providing on‑site construction oversight, coordinating daily field activities, monitoring schedule and quality, and serving as a key point of communication between contractors, clients, project managers, and the in‑house design team. The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling to project sites across the United States and working in active construction environments where coordination, communication, and attention to detail are critical. Key Responsibilities Provide on‑site field oversight for construction projects, including new construction, renovations, and phased work in active facilities. Coordinate daily jobsite activities with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, client representatives, and project team members. Monitor construction progress for general conformance with drawings, specifications, schedule requirements, and project expectations. Participate in construction meetings, coordination discussions, look‑ahead planning, and project progress reviews. Document daily jobsite activity, manpower, progress, safety observations, field issues, photos, and weather conditions. Identify field conflicts, construction issues, and coordination concerns, and communicate them promptly to the project manager and design team. Assist with review and tracking of RFIs, submittals, change items, punch lists, and field directives. Support project quality control by observing installation work and helping confirm that work is completed in accordance with the contract documents. Coordinate with in‑house architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and technology teams to help resolve field questions. Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Assist with project closeout activities, including punch list tracking, final inspections, documentation, and turnover coordination. Promote a safe, organized, and productive jobsite environment. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of superintendent, construction management, field coordination, or related construction experience. Experience with commercial, industrial, utility, data center, manufacturing, or mission‑critical construction projects is preferred. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, field coordination, jobsite documentation, and contractor coordination. Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change documentation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with construction management software is a plus. OSHA 30‑Hour Construction certification is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, project managers, and multidisciplinary design teams. Professional, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in active construction environments.
