Sea Mar Community Health Centers – Group Life Counselor IV Compensation Hourly Rate: $25.84 Position Summary Full‑time Group Life Counselor position available immediately for our Adult Treatment Center in Tacoma, WA. The person hired will work as a GLC/CDPT or CDP(SUD). Responsibilities Provide culturally sensitive chemical dependency services to adult patients, including group care, intake procedures, evaluation, individual and group counseling, milieu management, evaluation, and supervision of patients. Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary treatment team to meet the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of the population served. Education and Experience Must hold an Associate’s degree or be enrolled in a program in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Addictions or related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must be registered with DOH as a CDPT.
