Staff Accountant

Join a growing insurance organization as a Staff Accountant supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting. What You'll Do Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with monthly and year-end close processes Prepare supporting schedules for financial reporting Analyze account fluctuations and investigate variances Support external audits and regulatory reporting Track fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid expenses Partner with various departments on accounting-related matters What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP/accounting software Strong analytical and communication skills Compensation & Benefits $65,000 - $75,000 DOE plus bonus, medical benefits, 401(k), PTO, and hybrid flexibility.
