Required: CA RN License AHA BLS 1 Year Ambulatory Care exp Cardiac Nursing experience with management of Heart Failure and /or Heart Transplant recipients. Ability to float to other facilities.

This position will be responsible for coordination of care for patients who have heart transplants: Immunosuppression monitoring Prophylactic Antibiotic Management Monitoring for organ rejection Monitoring for infection All other routine and typical patient monitoring
