Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role based in Hinesville, GA. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects and initiatives to ensure they align with organizational goals. Key duties include managing project timelines, developing budgets, liaising with stakeholders, and monitoring performance indicators. Additionally, the Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements to ensure the successful completion of programs. Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation. Strong leadership and team management ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent organizational and communication skills for liaising with stakeholders. Financial acumen, including budget management and cost control. Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking techniques. Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities for managing changing priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
