About the Role You will work directly with ownership to drive efficiency, maintain high food quality, and lead our core team during peak operational days. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Operations Hiring & Offboarding: Conduct interviews, onboard hires, handle terminations when necessary, and build a dependable team. Staff Accountability: Lead daily and weekly team meetings; conduct 1-on-1 performance reviews to build work ethic, boost morale, and drive continuous improvement. Training & SOPs: Train new staff, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and build daily/weekly opening and closing checklists. Scheduling: Create balanced rotating schedules, manage coverage, and keep labor aligned with budget. Daily Operations & Administration Priority Management: Set daily operational priorities and make sure every team member stays on task and completes assignments on time. Administrative Coordination: Oversee payroll coordination, manage incoming bills/invoices, track cash flow, and resolve customer service issues immediately. Executive Support: Deliver detailed weekly performance reports to ownership, review key operational wins/challenges, and help decide which priorities require immediate attention. Inventory, Ordering & Cost Controls Inventory & Waste: Track raw inventory, audit usage, and monitor food waste to keep margins tight. Supply Chain Management: Handle routine food and supply ordering, review sales/inventory data, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery. Labor & Sales Monitoring: Monitor daily sales figures and labor costs to maintain target profitability. Cleanliness Standards: Audit kitchen and dining areas daily and weekly to maintain strict health and sanitation standards. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Prior restaurant management experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate who shows exceptional leadership and accountability. Availability: Must be available to work Friday and Saturday peak shifts, plus 1 additional scheduled day (Wednesday or Sunday). Inventory Discipline: Strictly committed to completing and submitting full inventory counts before Sunday. Leadership under Pressure: Confident managing high-volume shifts, setting firm expectations, and keeping staff on task.
