Experienced Concrete Lifting Technician

We're looking for an experienced Concrete Lifting Technician who takes pride in doing exceptional work, shows up with a positive attitude, and enjoys being part of a hardworking team that knows how to have fun. This is not a job for someone who wants to simply go through the motions. It's an opportunity for a skilled, motivated technician who wants to be trusted, challenged, and valued.

You'll use polyurethane injection equipment to lift and level concrete, stabilize soil, and create long-lasting solutions for our customers. Every project is different, so you'll need to think strategically, pay close attention to detail, and work closely with your crew to get the job done safely, efficiently, and correctly.

$25 - $35 Hourly

• Evaluate job-site conditions and determine the best concrete-lifting strategy
• Perform concrete lifting, leveling, and soil stabilization using polyurethane injection equipment
• Operate specialized machinery and tools safely and accurately
• Troubleshoot unexpected conditions and adjust the plan when necessary
• Work closely with your crew through every stage of the project
• Prepare job sites and protect customers' homes, landscaping, and property
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to keep it performing at its best
• Communicate professionally with customers, explain the work being completed, and address questions or concerns
• Take ownership of the finished product and make sure every job meets Sealtite's standards
  

• Have previous experience in concrete lifting, concrete repair, polyurethane injection, soil stabilization, or a closely related field
• Take pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work
• Enjoy solving problems and figuring out the best way to complete a challenging job
• Can operate machinery and tools with precision and care
• Work well independently but understand that great results require teamwork
• Show up dependable, prepared, and ready to contribute
• Communicate well with customers and co-workers
• Are humble enough to keep learning and relentless enough to finish the job right
• Accept coaching, take responsibility, and look for ways to improve
• Bring a positive attitude and believe work can be both productive and enjoyable
• Have a high school diploma or GED, preferred
