Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - Mother/Baby (660) - Night Shift

Job Description:


- Join a dynamic and compassionate team on the Mother Baby unit, specializing in care for new mothers and their newborns!
- Shift Details:
- Night Shift from 7 PM to 7 AM
- Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 26
- Patient Ratios: 1:3 to 1:4
- Team Composition:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 7-8 RNs, 1 Lactation Consultant
- Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 6-7 RNs
- Equipment & EMR:
- Familiarity with Meditech / CPN preferred
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year current Mother/Baby hospital experience
- BLS & NRP certifications mandatory
- Preferred Skills:
- Lactation experience
- Transitions experience
- Typical Procedures:
- Circumcisions
- Education of newborn parents on safety, nurturing, and health of their baby
- Ideal Personality Fit:
- Compassionate, caring, patient, and friendly demeanor
- Strong emphasis on patient care and support
