Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Mother Baby/Postpartum RN for a night shift position requiring NRP certification and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience.
Details
- Work in the Family Care Unit/Maternity department of a hospital setting
- Mother/Baby and Postpartum patient population
- Night shift schedule, 5P-5A
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted) with at least 30 days validity remaining at start
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Postpartum/Mother Baby nursing experience required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns in the postpartum period
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted
- Professional reference requirements vary by state, with some requiring two references
