Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication. Manage the intake process: process new leads, schedule consultations, and conduct follow-ups to secure client retainers. Provide administrative support for firm’s sales and marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the firm’s CRM system. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and billing staff to ensure client satisfaction and efficient case progress. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Facilitate billing and collections to ensure timely payments and smooth execution of case strategies. Uphold punctuality, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. Qualifications: Experience in client relations, sales, or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Tech‑savvy, with experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and office technology. Competitive, motivated, and goal‑driven personality.
