As a Security Officer Badge Administrator in Omaha, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic transportation location where you will monitor entry points, manage badges and access control, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, you will help create a welcoming environment while supporting smooth site operations.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permissions, manage visitor processing, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or controlled areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require security-related attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
