Responsibilities:

Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Lead, coach, and develop service team members to meet and exceed performance goals

Manage service scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation

Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication

Requirements:

Proven experience in a service management or supervisory role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities

Solid organizational and time management skills

Proficiency with service management software or scheduling tools

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
