• Provide safe, engaging, and high-quality care for children of all ages in homes, in child centers and at events
• Adapt quickly to new environments, routines, and children's needs
• Build strong, positive connections with children and clients
• Communicate clearly and confidently about each shift
• Show up reliable, professional, and ready to go

Availability Requirements:

• Full-Time (Guaranteed Hours*): Monday-Friday availability between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Weekend Availability: Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Must be comfortable commuting up to 45 minutes to care within the greater Southeastern Michigan area
