Technical Sales RepresentativeTerritory: Approximately 150-Mile Radius of Leesburg, FLTotal Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 Base + BonusCar Allowance: $650/month + Mileage ReimbursementAdditional: Corporate Card ProvidedTravel: Regional travel throughout Central Florida territoryAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive the launch and growth of a new Envirocast wall system production facility in Leesburg, FL.This role will focus on developing business throughout an approximately 150-mile radius of Leesburg by building relationships with residential builders, contractors, architects, and engineering firms.The ideal candidate brings experience within Florida's residential construction market, understands how to sell a complex technical solution, and can develop opportunities from initial relationship through close.What You'll Do• Drive sales and marketing of Envirocast wall systems throughout the assigned Central Florida territory

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential builders, contractors, architects, and engineering firms
• Leverage existing knowledge and relationships within Florida's residential and light commercial construction markets
• Develop sales strategies to support the launch and growth of the new Leesburg production facility
• Present complex technical solutions and communicate the value of Envirocast wall systems to prospective customers
• Work with architects and engineering firms to help specify Envirocast products for relevant projects and markets
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop effective and cost-efficient solutions for customer applications
• Partner directly with Engineering and the General Manager to identify technical requirements and applicable regulatory obligations
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process while identifying opportunities for continued growthWhat You'll Bring• 3+ years of experience within Florida residential construction
• 2+ years of sales experience working with builders in the residential construction industry
• Experience selling complex products, solutions, or value propositions
• Strong understanding of Florida's residential construction market
• Ability to develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and engineering firms
• Ability to work with engineering firms to specify products for relevant projects and markets
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel regularly within approximately 150 miles of Leesburg, FLEducation• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
