Talent Operations Manager

Managing the strategic and operational aspects of Talent Acquisition, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will oversee requisition workflows, onboarding coordination, and compliance, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and internal partners. Key responsibilities Supervise the Talent Operations team, providing leadership and ensuring adherence to automated processes Act as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and internal partners, facilitating communication and process consistency Monitor and optimize automated requisition and onboarding workflows within iCIMS, ensuring compliance and accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience Eight or more years of HR onboarding, talent acquisition operations, or administrative experience required Two or more years of HR project management or HR integration experience strongly preferred Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems, particularly iCIMS Basic knowledge of general HR principles and applicable state and federal laws
