Talent Operations Manager

Lead the onboarding, activation, and success of distributed expert talent supporting high-velocity AI training and data operations. This remote, full-time role connects operators, data, product, engineering, and enterprise clients to deliver reliable human intelligence at scale. Key Responsibilities

• Run large-cohort onboarding efficiently and accurately at scale.
• Activate and manage distributed talent pools supporting AI training and data operations.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and drive customer-success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments.
• Identify and resolve operational blockers quickly and clearly.
• Publish weekly performance and milestone reports with clear, actionable signal.
• Lead community syncs and engagement practices that keep operators effective.
• Partner with product and engineering teams as model and client needs change.
• Use data to continually improve onboarding, quality assurance, and retention systems.

• Strong written communication skills that are clear, structured, and direct.
• Experience operating in remote, distributed environments with a high degree of ownership.
• Ability to lead more than 100 contributors while maintaining operational visibility.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, rapid change, and continuous iteration.
• Data fluency, including dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics.
• Skills in large-scale onboarding, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership.
• Preferred experience with human data, RLHF, AI training pipelines, enterprise AI or technical clients, and scaling data or talent operations systems.
• Familiarity with ATS, analytics, project-operations, automation, and related modern tools is preferred.

• The stated compensation range is $70, 000 to $110, 000 per year.
• A separate national base-salary range of $50, 000 to $70, 000 USD is also stated for this full-time position.
