Talent Operations Manager

Owning the end-to-end operations and quality management of course talent, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will design onboarding strategies, manage performance, and drive recruiting efforts for mentors and instructors across Tech, Allied Health, and AI programs. Key responsibilities Design and implement onboarding, training, and performance management processes for mentors and instructors Own talent capacity planning to support cohort launches and mitigate coverage gaps Drive the sourcing and hiring workflows for new course talent roles while maintaining high hiring standards Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in talent operations, customer success, program operations, or a related field Demonstrated ability to build processes and identify solutions in ambiguous environments Experience in sourcing and hiring both contracted and full-time talent Strong background in data-driven decision-making and system building Bonus: experience in B2B and/or allied health fields
