Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

• Monitor residents’ health and safety by observing patient conditions and reporting changes promptly

• Assist with medication administration following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations- We do train caregivers as Medication Technicians.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, vital signs, and incident reports in compliance with healthcare standards

• Support residents’ emotional well-being through engaging activities, companionship, and respectful communication

  Work Location: In person

  Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • A current Arizona Caregiver Certificate

  • Ability to obtain CPR First Aid Certification

  • Current negative TB test

  • Must have a fingerprint clearance card

  • Participates in all assigned meetings, training, education and in-service as required
