The elevated Signia by Hilton San Jose is searching for Group Reservation Coordinator to join the team.

Located across the street from Plaza de Csar Chvez Park and within walking distance of the San Jose Convention Center, Signia by Hilton San Jose offers a prime location in the capital of Silicon Valley. The hotel has 541 rooms and over 65,000 sq. ft. of meeting and function space, signature culinary experiences, an outdoor rooftop pool, and extensive fitness facilities.

The ideal candidate must have minimum one year of hotel front desk experience, knowledge of Hilton systems is highly preferred.

Classification: Full-time

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Process group reservations: Coordinate group booking details, including rooming lists, suites, event resumes, and billing requirements.
• Ensure seamless communication: Act as a liaison to verify and relay reservation information between internal and external stakeholders, including meeting planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and the front office
• Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
• Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
• Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
